SAHCOL WINS LAAC RECOGNITION AWARD, AS THE MOST PROACTIVE AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY GROUND HANDLING SERVICES OPERATOR IN NIGERIA
The Skyway Aviation Handling Company Limited, SAHCOL has been recognized as the Most Proactive and Customer Friendly Ground Handling Services Operator in Nigeria, by the League of Airport and Aviation Correspondents (LAAC), at its just concluded 19th Annual Seminar and Industry Recognition Awards, held at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport Conference Centre, Lagos.
According to LAAC, SAHCOL was picked for the award as a result of "its exemplary leadership in offering first class services and investing in state-of-the-art equipment to promote safety and efficiency in ground operations", adding that SAHCOL was selected by an independent panel of enquiry to be the only recipient of the 2013 Corporate Industry Recognition Award.

Meanwhile, Egypt Air, one of SAHCOL's most valuable clients has also presented an award plague to SAHCOL Operations Division. According to the airline, it was in recognition of SAHCOL as the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) Passenger Service Team of the month.
SAHCOL has recently acquired and commissioned critical ground handling equipment, which includes Commanders 40is, 30is and 15is, Pushback and Dollies, which drew commendations and endorsement from the representatives of the Foreign Airlines in Nigeria, Domestic Airlines and other stakeholders in the aviation industry.
